Our Commitment to the Planet

Here at RISA, we are committed to protecting our planet. That is why we only use upcycled leather in

the manufacturing of our products. Put simply, upcycling is the method of reusing discarded material in

a way that creates a higher value product. Using this technique, we collect leather that is wasted at the

hands of fast fashion to turn what would’ve ended up in a landfill, into something beautiful.

Our women artisans repurpose the leather to create high quality, one-of-a-kind bags. Bags that you can

feel good about using.
